Choosing the best course to beating Cellulite

You can always benefit from the energy or the synergy of another human being.

  • Make good choices - This is what it all comes down to, CHOICE. This is where you good and bad habits are developed. Is it I will start later or tomorrow? or just one more? or I deserve it because ....? Watch your justification for habits.   • Set proper attainable goals - When you write things down they now become real and physical and not just a thought in your mind. Set short term, mid term and long term goals and make them attainable. You will benefit from small successes at first that will give you confidence and enhancement to your will. Write out specifics, sizes, weights, dimensions, distances, you will need to measure things to gauge success.
  • Establish a good reward system - So now that you are considering a huge lifestyle change you need to make certain that it is not all drudgery. You need to consider a reward system as part of you goal setting. This doesn't mean ice cream at the end of a hard days work or if you have a huge business success. Try thinking like this: Exercise is life style not a short term plan, you need this as much as you need air, water and food. With motion comes emotion, when you move you feel and the more that you move the more that you feel. If you feel over whelmed by the thought of it then start small. How far can you walk? one, two or three blocks? How many sit ups can you do? How many push ups? Start by doing what you can and do not push yourself to far at first. Do one push up for the first three days, maybe even twice a day, on the third day do two push ups and so on. If you add one every two days after that then by then end of two weeks you will be doing 7 and by then end of the month 15. Consider the same though for all of your activities, by starting small it take less time and will not result in significant pain and as you increase you will not have then pains that you would if you went right out and pushed yourself to do 10 on the first day and then you will not feel like doing any on the next.   2. Stay away from processed foods. If it is not they way it came from nature then it may not be the best choice.
  3. Watch your sugar intake. Natural sugars from fruits are best. Refined sugars will not only add to high calories but it is hard on your entire system and can lead to diabetes and create inflammation. 
  4. Beware of products labeled as DIET. Chances are that this is more of a marketing ploy and the benefit may not be as great as you think. Also products with zero calories may be worse for you because they use dangerous synthetic man made sweeteners. Ask yourself do you trust that the planet has all the natural nutrients that we need or did we need man to create them? 
  5. Small quantities of carbohydrates. Try to eat whole grain products when you do stay away from refined, bleached flours.
  6. Select low fat products based on content not because it is marketed as low fat. Look for balances of fat to calories and beware of saturated fats. Not all fat is bad and some food contain nature fats. Still in moderation.
